Hollywood divorces can be so messy, but it looks like the split between Russell Brand and Katy Perryy is shaping up to be quite amicable.
According to a report, the ?Forgetting Sarah Marshall? stud has surrendered his ownership of their $6.5 million Hollywood Hills mansion to his ?Hot N Cold? ex-wife.
The house, purchased back in June of 2011, boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a plethora of luxurious amenities.
With the absence of a prenuptial agreement, Brand would have been entitled to $20 million, which is half of what Katy banked during their marriage.
However, Russell has denied he?ll take the cash, and instead they "have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party."
