In addition, the event will also be a benefit for the GiveLove charity, co-founded by Patricia Arquette and Rosanna Getty.
Earlier this month, Katy backed out of her appearance at the People?s Choice Awards, as she wasn?t ready for a high-profile appearance just yet.
