Tending to her medical needs, Hilary Duff ventured over to a local medical
center in Encino, CA on Thursday (April 21).

The "Beauty & the Briefcase" babe shuffled inside as she promptly appeared for
her appointment at the supposed tattoo removal clinic.

With the med canter outing coming just as the trailer for her upcoming movie
"Bloodworth" hit the web. Hil beautifully showed off her back to blonde locks.

The 23-year-old said of her coif switchback, ?I was like ?I?m bored and I like
wanted to dye my hair really really blonde,? and then I got scared ? and then
it turned out really blonde. My sister?s like calling me Lizzie [McGuire]
which is so funny, I?m like, ?No please don?t call me that!? [But] it might
just be that I feel like I?m really blonde because I haven?t been in so long.?
