Tiger Woods -- I Just Inked a Deal with ROLEX!

Times are finally changing for Tiger Woods … not on the links, he still sucks – but the golfer just locked down a MAJOR endorsement deal with Rolex watches … this according to his agent.

The details about the deal have not yet been released – but Tiger’s agent promises more information will follow shortly.

It’s a big deal for Woods – who was DROPPED by the TAG Heuer watch company in 2009 during the height of his “I can't keep my driver in my pants” scandal.

Woods still has a lot of ground to make up -- he was also dropped by Gatorade, AT&T and Accenture.

Officials have determined Warrant singer Jani Lane died from alcohol poisoning ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told the L.A. Coroner's Office has finished its investigation -- and concluded Lane had suffered from "acute ethanol poisoning" when he died in an L.A. motel room on August 11.

As TMZ previously reported, investigators found a half-empty bottle of vodka and prescription medication in the motel room where Lane died.

The singer had battled substance abuse issues for years.

She seems to always find herself the topic of conversation, and today (October 3) Kristin Cavallari phoned in to "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" to put some of those pesky rumors to rest.

While Internet speculation swirled over the reported relationship between the former "Hills" bad girl and her "Dancing with the Stars" partner Mark Ballas, she says it's all a bunch of lies, explaining, "It?s really unfair that people drag me into this. Why should I be dragged into Mark?s drama? I have nothing to do with it, honestly. No offense, Mark?s a great guy, but he?s like a brother to me. And I would just never go there.?

As for her former flame Brody Jenner and his current pop star girlfriend Avril Lavigne, Kristin offered up nothing but love, telling, ?I think they?re cute together, actually. They work well together.?

Moving on to her most recent breakup from former NFL player beau Jay Cutler, Miss Cavallari stayed relatively tight-lipped, noting, ?Well, you know what I?ve learned over the years is that it?s just best not to talk about your relationships. And I?m sticking to that.?

She later added, ?We?re friendly. We?re tweeting each other. It?s pretty hard to see each other right now when I?m dancing, and he?s playing football.?

Dancing with the Stars contestant Rob Kardashian is making a bombshell claim that a married celebrity on the show is having an affair with their married dance partner.

The reality star made the shocking comment Thursday morning on Mojo in The Morning.

Rob said, ?I know some of the couples on the show ? some of the celebrities that are married ? and some professionals that are married, that are having an affair with their partner.?

Rob wouldn?t name names, but made it clear that he is not hooking up with his partner Cheryl Burke saying, ?I?m not bringing that weirdness into our little circle.

Rob later took to his Twitter account to try to mitigate some of the damage: ?As you guys can tell by my tweets, I tend to joke around a lot, and some of the things I said during an interview were taken out of context. I have nothing but respect for everyone who?s on DWTS. They know it and I know it and we all have a lot of fun together. :)"

Walter Payton's Agent -- Sweetness WAS NOT Hooked on Drugs

Bud Holmes, longtime agent of NFL legend Walter Payton, says his comments in the new book about Payton were taken out of context ... and that the man known as Sweetness was not a drug addict.

In a soon-to-be published book entitled "Sweetness: The Enigmatic Life of Walter Payton," author Jeff Pearlman claims sources told him Payton took a cocktail of Tylenol and Vicodin and kept tanks of nitrous oxide in his garage. He also alleged Payton was suicidal.

In excerpts that were released this week, Holmes is quoted as saying, "Walter was pounding his body with medication."

But Holmes tells TMZ, “[Payton] was not hooked on drugs. He wasn’t an addict. He didn’t abuse drugs or use illegal drugs."

Holmes insists he never meant to imply that Payton abused pain medication and was simply talking about pills that "were only used to alleviate the aches and pains he got from playing the game we watch on Sundays."

Holmes says he never knew Payton to use nitrous oxide, Vicodin or Ritalin, as the book claims.

Holmes says he is considering legal action if, when he reads the full book, he feels he was misquoted.

Pearlman had no comment. Calls to Sports Illustrated were not returned.
